You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of property transactions. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.

  • Advise clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring clear and practical guidance.
  • Support first-time buyers, including those utilising co-ownership and government-backed schemes.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
  • Draft and review contracts, reports on title, and related legal documentation.
