About the RoleYou will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of property transactions. Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
- Handle a range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title.
- Advise clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring clear and practical guidance.
- Support first-time buyers, including those utilising co-ownership and government-backed schemes.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
- Draft and review contracts, reports on title, and related legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate case records.
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Able to manage files independently with confidence and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Organised and capable of managing a busy workload effectively.
