Part-Time Customer Support Specialist (27h)

Tructyre Fleet Management Limited in Gateshead is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our busy Customer Experience Centre. You'll handle inbound calls, schedule jobs with depots, generate invoices, and resolve queries with urgency and ownership.

This part-time role is 27 hours per week, spread across Saturday to Tuesday between 8am and 8pm, with a salary of £25,625 FTE. You'll work across phone, email, and portals while meeting KPIs on accuracy and productivity.
