24/7 Rapid Response Customer Support Specialist

FMG, the UK's leading fleet incident management provider, is seeking a Rapid Response Customer Service Representative to join the Operations Centre in Huddersfield. You will be the first point of contact for urgent incidents and deliver 24/7 telephone support to insurers, police, and motorists, coordinating immediate assistance.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, building rapport quickly, making quick decisions, and ensuring a speedy response with the nearest recovery operator.
