Are you a Package Manager with a strong electrical background and switchgear experience, ready to take on a critical data centre project?

At ECC Group, we deliver complex engineering and construction projects across Europe's data centre sector. We are seeking an experienced Package Manager to join us on a high-profile new build project in Groningen, Netherlands.

Your Role:

• Oversee the delivery of electrical packages on-site, with a focus on switchgear and associated systems.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure all works are delivered safely, to spec, and on time.
• Review designs, monitor progress, and manage quality standards.
• Act as the key contact for the electrical package within the project, reporting to the Project Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing switchgear packages on data centre or complex industrial builds.
• Electrical engineering background with hands-on technical expertise.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise effectively with project teams and subcontractors.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
• Available to start within 1-2 weeks.

Location:

• Groningen, Netherlands (on-site)
• 4-month contract, potential for extension.
