  • Typical shifts include:
  • 9:00am - 4:00pm

  • Expected to complete 1-2 sleep-ins per week (rota dependent)
  • Plenty of overtime available for those wanting additional hours

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from both experienced care professionals and those new to the sector.

Essential:

  • Caring, reliable and compassionate nature
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support

Desirable:

  • Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or above)
  • Previous experience supporting adults with complex needs
  • Full UK driving licence (advantageous, as some individuals have Motability vehicles available for activities and appointments)

What You'll Receive

  • Excellent overtime opportunities
  • Full training and ongoing development
  • Supportive management team
  • Opportunity to build a rewarding career in adult social care

If you're looking for a rewarding role where every day makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
