Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant c£100K

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join a leading consultancy, delivering innovative HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Performance modules. The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll take ownership of end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and provide ongoing support for key modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Performance.
You'll collaborate closely with clients to define requirements, lead system design and configuration, manage integrations, and ensure successful project delivery through every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation life cycle for Oracle Fusion HCM projects (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Performance).

• Partner with stakeholders to define, configure, and deliver scalable solutions.

• Conduct System Integration Testing, UAT, and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation.

• Provide expertise in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.

• Translate complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes for clients and leadership teams.

• Support training, documentation, and knowledge transfer during hypercare and post go-live phases.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years' experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ideally within the UK public sector.

• Deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM tools (HDL, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader).

• Proven ability to lead client discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reporting.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Agile or Lean delivery experience is advantageous.
