Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can help with the development of impact analyses, the design of one or more PoCs, and the transformation of results into solution architectures that serve as the basis for the renewal of the entire chain of services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare impact analyses for the BVV in close collaboration with the PO BVV and the devops team.
• Develop solution architecture for event notification, aligned with chain partners and devops teams.
• Design and facilitate PoCs for notification and other relevant aspects.
• Provide substantive input to the transition strategy for chain provisions.
• Review and provide input on comparable results for other provisions/partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completed HBO degree in Informatics, Business Administration, or a related technical science with a focus on analytical/abstract thinking.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a solution/software architect.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience creating software and/or solution architectures.
• Minimum 2 years hands on experience designing and implementing API integrations.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the same role within the (government) public sector.
• Must score at least a 6 on every interview criterion to qualify for award selection.

Desired Skills

• Experience with chain information systems within the (government) public sector.
• Experience working in complex environments and chain structures.
• Knowledge of and experience with national standards and developments in digital government such as DigiKoppeling, API strategy, notification, etc.
• Knowledge of and experience with modern software techniques and associated tools; a clear picture of the impact on modern solution/software architecture.
• Motivation to contribute to the organization and role.
• Good communication skills and social competence.
• Able to quickly apply knowledge and experience.
• Aligns with team: communicative, detail oriented, adaptable, results driven, able to work both structured and improvisationally, handles multiple priorities, flexible to changes in priorities.
