Why Join the KPMG People Consulting team as a Oracle EPM Consultant?The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focused professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP transformation programmes. They use their functional knowledge and expertise in cloud applications such as Oracle, Workday and Coupa to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre sales activities and develop extensions to the Powered Enterprise model.
What you need to do:- Delivery track record in Oracle EPM products such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close implementations (Oracle FCC), PCMCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and leverage business and technology based solutions to deliver outcomes for our clients.
- System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, and data migration strategy and management.
- Prior consulting experience on delivery of Oracle EPM for customers across different industries is preferred.
- Understanding of Financial Services Organisation's Target Operating Model, Process & Controls, Organisation Design, Change Management and Business Readiness is good to have.

- Experience in different industry sectors such as Higher Education, Retail, Insurance, Local Government.
- End to end implementation experience with Oracle EPM products including Oracle EPRCS (Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service).
- Expertise with the technical design and solution configuration on large scale Oracle Finance Transformation programmes in the EPM space.
- Proven expertise in reviewing functional and technical designs against business requirements and providing challenges where relevant.
- Exposure to Chart of Accounts & Data Model Design.
- Exposure to the EPM lifecycle including planning, budgeting and forecasting, enterprise wide KPI & reporting framework, profitability/cost analysis; experience with other EPM technologies desirable.
- Experience with other EPM products such as EDMCS, ARCS is nice to have.
- Experience in key finance and accounting processes including general accounting, corporate consolidation, financial planning and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and management reporting.
- Broad knowledge of other Oracle Cloud product sets such as ERP, SCM, HCM and Payroll solutions.
- Understanding of functional, application and technical architectural elements of an Oracle Cloud EPM programme.
- Appreciation of user experience based design (Personas, user journeys) and how it can augment a solution.
- Manage the translation of clients' technical and accounting requirements to Oracle EPM product specific design.
- Support documentation of the solution's test strategy and draft test scenarios and technical testing scripts.
- Assist in end user training and conduct knowledge transfer of the solution to technical client teams.
- Assist in deployment of the solution to production and provide post go live support.
- Education: degree level or equivalent.
- Excellent documentation, reporting and presentation skills in both virtual and in person modes.
- Well developed analytical skills and ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesise large amounts of information.
- Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices).
- Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to get up to speed quickly.
- Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communication.
- Good attention to detail and ability to analyse and use data in decision making.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities.
- Experience identifying, diagnosing and resolving issues independently; initiative under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
