Job Description
Operations Manager - Co. Mayo

Employment: Full-Time, On-Site (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee warehouse and fulfilment activities at a production facility in Co. Mayo. The successful candidate will manage daily logistics, ensure accurate inventory control, support digital operations, and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
  • Manage daily warehouse, logistics, supply chain and fulfilment operations
  • Develop, document and improve workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Work with Production and Quality teams to maintain compliance and high standards
  • Uphold strong safety, housekeeping and operational accuracy
Digital Operations & Automation
  • Manage digital systems including ERP, e-commerce and inventory tools
  • Streamline and automate processes in order management, stock control and reporting
  • Ensure smooth data flow between warehouse, production, e-commerce and finance
Channel Support (B2B & B2C)
  • Support Sales and Marketing with product launches, forecasting and promotions
  • Maintain service levels for wholesale, retail and direct-to-consumer channels
  • Oversee customer service processes and response times
Analytics & Reporting
  • Lead key metrics: fulfilment rate, order accuracy, lead time, cost per order
  • Use real-time data to monitor and improve performance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior leadership
Experience Required
  • 2-4 years' experience in operations or supply chain roles (FMCG, pharma, e-commerce desirable)
  • Experience with B2B and B2C operations
  • Experience supervising or coordinating small teams
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong warehousing, logistics and inventory knowledge
  • Skilled in ERP and digital systems
  • Experience improving workflows or automating processes
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Analytical, proactive and process-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
  • Experience in regulated environments (pharma, cosmetics, healthcare)
  • Understanding of ISO, GMP or similar quality standards
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms
