Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our new premium ride-hailing vertical. This role is crucial in creating a top-tier experience for high-end riders and partners, focusing on quality operations, partner satisfaction, and marketplace performance.

You will oversee operational excellence across multiple cities and lead initiatives to enhance service quality, partner experience, and sustainable growth. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, meticulousness, and the ability to collaborate with Product, Support, Legal, and Marketing teams to achieve operational excellence. As the vertical expands, you may also mentor junior team members, contributing to a high-performing operations team.

What you can expect

Main tasks and responsibilities: Drive initiatives to maintain high-quality experiences for customers and partners by establishing and upholding operational standards across all key touchpoints. Develop scalable processes to manage and improve fleet and driver quality, monitoring metrics such as acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and engagement. Identify local bottlenecks and opportunities, devising effective solutions in collaboration with central and local teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners to align on business goals and long-term success. Collaborate cross-functionally to localize and implement strategic projects supporting growth and sustainability. Foster a culture of operational excellence by supporting internal teams and partners, tackling operational challenges with a startup mindset, and mentoring junior team members as needed.

What we expect

About you: You have 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, mobility, or similar fast-paced environments. You are highly analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of ownership. You communicate clearly and confidently, fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus). You can manage multiple stakeholders and adapt priorities dynamically.
