Due to business growth, I am recruiting an Operations Director for one of the UK's leading Contract Caterers, known for their focus on client relationships, food quality, and people management. You will oversee a portfolio of contracts with a combined annual turnover of approximately £25m. This role requires resilience, as you will manage a diverse range of contracts, each with unique demands and requirements.
The ideal Operations Director will have the following experience:
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role within Contract Catering
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Experience managing a business patch with a turnover of £15m+
- Extensive experience in managing commercial accounts
