You will oversee a portfolio of contracts with a combined annual turnover of approximately £25m. This role requires resilience, as you will manage a diverse range of contracts, each with unique demands and requirements.

The ideal Operations Director will have the following experience:

1. At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role within Contract Catering
2. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
3. Experience managing a business patch with a turnover of £15m+
4. Extensive experience in managing commercial accounts
