Location: Londond (Hybrid) - 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote

Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Operations Analytics Design Lead to drive the design and delivery of ERP analytics within a pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on building analytics solution across operations-from production to dispatch, supply chain, and clinical supply-using the full SAP S/4HANA toolset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analytics solution design across pharma operations functions

• Translate business needs into data models, dashboards, and KPIs

• Deliver end-to-end analytics using SAP Embedded Analytics, SAC, BW/4HANA, and Datasphere

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and support testing and deployment

• Ensure alignment with compliance standards and ERP architecture

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Essential Skills:

• Strong business analysis experience in pharma operations

• Full life cycle S/4HANA analytics implementation experience

• Expertise in SAP Embedded Analytics, SAC, BW/4HANA, Datasphere

• Solid understanding of production, supply chain, and clinical supply processes

• Familiarity with SAP EWM and integrated analytics

• Proficiency in Power BI and Qlik

Nice to Have:

• SAP project management experience

• GxP/regulatory compliance knowledge

• Agile or hybrid delivery exposure
