Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

*Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant- Hybrid role*

For our international client, RED is currently looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant to join their roll out project.

The consultant is expected to start from September 2025 and for an initial 6months + contract. The project is hybrid with 3 days onsite in Barcelona and 2 days remote.

Desired skills:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong background in Call Center Operations and/or Customer Service workflows
• Demonstrated ability to work on end-to-end implementations
• Solid experience with stakeholder management, timelines, and deliverables
• Salesforce certifications (eg, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus
