Join our team as the Operational Support PartnerLocation: Across all homes spanning Oxfordshire, Devon, Kent & East Sussex.
Salary: £60,000 per annum, mileage plus benefits.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Interim for 12 months.
Driving: Driving own vehicle is essential.

As a charity we are committed to ensuring the people we support have the very best support and live their best lives. As a result we are investing in an Operational Support Partner to provide hands on tactical support to our Registered Managers.
Your RoleAs an Interim Operational Support Partner (12 months), you'll be the trusted right hand to our Registered Managers stepping into services that need expert guidance, a fresh perspective, and a steady presence. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams in supported living and residential settings, ensuring every home is safe, compliant, and truly person-centred.
This is a mobile, high-impact role. You'll be deployed where you're needed most, from Oxfordshire to Devon, across to Kent and East Sussex. Whether it's supporting a turnaround, preparing for inspection, or simply being an extra pair of eyes you'll be there, making a difference.
Your Responsibilities- Partner with local managers to elevate quality and compliance across all aspects of service delivery
- Conduct audits, reviews, and hands on support to ensure homes meet and exceed CQC standards
- Champion person centred care, ensuring the people we support are at the heart of every decision
- Respond swiftly to emerging needs, shifting direction with confidence and purpose
- Provide clear, actionable feedback and help embed sustainable improvements
- Proven experience in turnaround or operational support within adult social care, ideally learning disabilities at a senior level
- Deep knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in supported living and residential care
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
