Office Manager - Architecture Company - Hybrid - Central London

The business operates a hybrid working model and offers a long-term, stable opportunity with a planned succession approach and thorough handover.
Your new role

  • As Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role as the central interface of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting senior stakeholders across the practice.
  • Joining as part of a long-term succession plan, you will work closely with the current Office Manager during a structured handover period, ahead of their planned departure.
  • Full office management
  • Invoicing and accounts support (a key part of the role)
  • Coordination of monthly board meetings
  • Event management.
  • You will also work with internal systems and liaise with colleagues supporting audit and compliance standards
  • Hybrid role - working from home on a Monday & Friday

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar senior administrative role
  • Ideally within a professional services or design-led environment
  • Strong invoicing and accounts experience is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders
  • You'll be personable, detail-oriented and comfortable acting as the face of the business, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and professional manner
