Job Description
Overview

Office Coordinator & EA Dublin Leading Investment Firm (Permanent, starting ASAP). The role offers up to 45k Euros per year plus benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Support the team with office administration and coordination tasks.
  • Act as the office lynchpin, including meeting and greeting stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Manage facilities, including catering, refreshments, printing and postal needs.
  • Organise team socials and events.
  • Provide executive assistance to a senior team member in the corporate finance team, covering diary management and organisational support.
  • Handle additional ad-hoc duties as required.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Previous corporate office experience, preferably within financial or professional services.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presence with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Tech savvy with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative team player with positive energy and resilience.
