About The Role

Working Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Additional Payments: Essential Car User Allowance

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out functional assessments for complex bespoke equipment and adaptations
  • Complete major adaptations to provide safe sleeping, bathing and toileting facilities
  • Produce moving and handling risk assessments, plans and train family and paid carers
  • Assess seating, bathing and toilet equipment for care agencies and families
Candidate Profile
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
    Bsc Hons Occupational Therapy
  • Experience of moving and handling and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Full valid driving licence and own car for work; Essential Car User Allowance
  • Team player, flexible, excellent time management; able to handle last minute visits
