About The Role 
Working Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Additional Payments: Essential Car User Allowance

Interview Method: In Person
- Carry out functional assessments for complex bespoke equipment and adaptations
- Complete major adaptations to provide safe sleeping, bathing and toileting facilities
- Produce moving and handling risk assessments, plans and train family and paid carers
- Assess seating, bathing and toilet equipment for care agencies and families
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
Bsc Hons Occupational Therapy - Experience of moving and handling and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Full valid driving licence and own car for work; Essential Car User Allowance
- Team player, flexible, excellent time management; able to handle last minute visits
