Our Medical-Social Centers (CMS) offer the opportunity for an Occupational Therapist (M/F) - between 80% - 100% - in Lausanne. Our Medical-Social Centers provide quality multidisciplinary care in Lausanne, and their interventions are based on values of humanity and equity. To complete our teams, the CMS X Soins Lausanne is immediately looking for or to agree on several: Occupational Therapists (M/F) with a workload between 80% and permanent fixed hours during the day. Your mission:Evaluate the needs of the client and their environment, as well as their level of independence for daily activities and establish an assessment of functional capacities while relying on available resources. Restore conditions that allow clients to carry out daily activities independently by offering auxiliary means and adjustments to their living environment and profile, and support clients in the development of new physical, psychological, and social skills. Actively contribute to the maintenance of clients at home through preventive measures and health promotion while considering individual needs with personalized care and encouraging client autonomy. Participate in the therapeutic project of clients within the interdisciplinary team. Engage in development projects and working groups around continuous improvement in the field of home care and support. Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a role that allows you to enhance your profession as an Occupational Therapist as an integral part of the system.
