Vaudoise des Prises en Charge pour Responsiblité du pôle Majeurs (Bureaux Handicap / Santé mentale, addictions et précarités) CDI - Vaudoise des Prises en Charge pour personnes en difficulté (AVOP) is an umbrella organization that brings together and coordinates social institutions and specialized educational establishments. As part of a promotion of its holder, AVOP is announcing the opening for the position of Responsible for the Major Division (Offices for Disability / Mental Health, Addictions and Precariousness) CDI. Reporting to the Secretary General and in close connection with the chairpersons of the two mission offices, you will play a key role in the coordination and development of the division. You will actively contribute to the directives, ensure good practices, and promote developments within the sector. Main Tasks:- Coordinate and animate the two mission offices of the major sector (linking with the presidencies and members of the offices, managing cases, ensuring quality processes, and addressing emerging issues).- Propose development directions and contribute to the positioning of AVOP.- Advise the management teams of member institutions in their development projects, and maintain active monitoring (legal frameworks, etc.).- Lead and coordinate projects aimed at improving the quality of AVOP and its member institutions with partners/networks involved.Profile:Master's in social work or evaluated equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in project management (required); institutional experience is considered an asset.
