Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) Location: Gloucester (GL1) Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday Salary: £12.90 - £13.75 per hour (depending on experience)

A warm and nurturing nursery setting in Gloucester (GL1) is seeking a caring, energetic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children aged 0-5 through play based learning, sensory exploration and high quality early education.

You'll be working within a friendly team that prioritises child wellbeing, communication and development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support babies, toddlers and preschool children aged 0-5 in daily routines and learning activities
• Set up and deliver sensory play, creative activities and early learning experiences
• Assist with behaviour management using calm, positive, child centred strategies
• Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families
• Provide engaging indoor and outdoor play opportunities
• Follow EYFS guidelines to support developmental milestones
• Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive learning environment
• Support the team with observations and record keeping when required

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children aged 0-5
• Knowledge of sensory activities, child development and early learning routines
• Strong communication skills and a warm, nurturing approach
• Good behaviour management techniques and a calm, patient manner
• A proactive, reliable and team focused attitude
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
