Outstanding NQ Opportunities with a Leading Commercial Firm

We are partnering with a highly regarded commercial law firm recognised for its work on complex, high-value matters, its collaborative culture and its commitment to developing junior lawyers from day one. This firm is now seeking Newly Qualified Solicitors to join several of its core practice groups. These roles offer exceptional exposure, hands on responsibility and the chance to work closely with market leading partners across a wide range of mandates.

Current NQ opportunities are available within:

• Corporate - assisting on M&A transactions, private equity matters, corporate governance, due diligence, drafting ancillary documents and supporting senior team members on complex corporate mandates.
• Intellectual Property (IP) - working on trademark and copyright matters, assisting with IP due diligence, drafting and reviewing commercial IP agreements, and supporting clients on brand protection and IP strategy.
• Commercial Litigation - preparing pleadings, drafting correspondence, managing discovery processes, conducting legal research, attending hearings and supporting partners on large commercial disputes and regulatory matters.
• Tax - supporting advisory and transactional tax work, drafting tax opinions, assisting on structuring matters, and working closely with both the tax and corporate teams on cross-practice mandates.
• Technology - advising on commercial contracts, data protection compliance, regulatory queries, digital services arrangements, and assisting clients across technology, fintech and innovation-led sectors.

These roles would suit NQs who have completed a relevant seat during their training contract, ideally within a large commercial or top-tier firm, and who are seeking:
