About the Opportunity

A well-regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its Commercial Litigation team in Gloucestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer or trainee approaching qualification to join a supportive disputes team with a strong reputation for advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses and private clients across a wide range of commercial disputes.

The Role

You will join a collaborative litigation team handling a varied caseload of disputes while developing your technical and client-facing skills.

Your work is likely to include:

• Commercial and contractual disputes

• Shareholder and partnership disputes

• Debt recovery and business disputes

• Property-related disputes

You will work closely with experienced litigators and gain exposure to matters from an early stage.

About You

The firm is seeking:

• A Newly Qualified Solicitor or trainee approaching qualification

• Experience of litigation during your training contract

• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills

• A genuine interest in developing a career in commercial litigation
