Duties
  • Drive to designated locations to perform repairs, diagnostics, and servicing on light commercial vehicles
  • Deliver high-quality technical service to all customers, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
  • Maintain and repair various mechanical systems on light commercial vehicles
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring a positive service experience
  • Complete accurate documentation for all work carried out, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines
Specification
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Maintenance (City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician, ideally specialising in light commercial vehicles
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Customer-focused approach with proactive communication skills
  • Driving experience is essential for the Mobile LCV Technician position
