Night Porter

Job Overview

Our hotels never sleep and our first class customer service never stops. As a Night Porter you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night. Working alongside the Night team, you will need to think on your feet, proactively solve problems and support all departments, from check in through to room service and bar service.

Job location: Village Hotel Club (Aberdeen to Bournemouth and more).

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the night.
• Support check in, room service orders, and bar service.
• Think on your feet and proactively solve problems.
• Support all departments and maintain a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Know what great customer service looks like.
• Ability to resolve guest issues efficiently and positively.
• Work on your own initiative.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with all departments.
• Successful DBS check required.
