Site Cleaning Manager

• Job title: Site Cleaning Manager.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Salary: £34,500 p.a.
• Location: Thomas's College, Richmond.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning operations across educational buildings, boarding houses and offices.
• Lead a team comprising a site supervisor, 9 evening cleaners, two day janitors and a housekeeper.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Order consumables, conduct regular site audits and complete timesheets to ensure accurate payroll.
• Provide managerial support on other sites within the contract.
• Report to the Contract Manager for the area.

Mobile Cleaner

• Hours: Flexible, Monday to Saturday, 30 hours per week.
• Pay rate: £14.00 per hour (paid 4-weekly).
• Location: Portsmouth and Southampton area.

Responsibilities:

• Support on-site cleaning teams across various sites, covering sickness, absence and extra work.
• Work independently and as part of a team with high flexibility.
• Respond to client queries and meet customer expectations.
• Drive the company van; full manual driving licence required.

Mobile Cleaner

• Hours: 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week.

• Cover cleaning on various school sites, assisting with sickness, absence and vacancies.
• Collaborate with on-site teams and management.

• Part time cleaners in Basingstoke, Southampton, Portsmouth, Woking, Sutton Scotney, Waterlooville, Winchester, Ryde, Lewes, and Lehde.
• Hours and pay rates vary per location (e.g., £13.45-£13.95 per hour, 1-3.5 hours per day).
• Contracts include flexible shifts, weekend shifts, and maternity cover.

All roles share common responsibilities: keeping sites clean, hygienic and safe; emptying bins, cleaning toilets, vacuuming hallways, cleaning surfaces; working with a manager to respond to queries.
