Job Description

Mulesoft Tech Lead

Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires Mulesoft Tech Lead to be based at their client's office in Windsor, UK.

This is a hybrid role - you can work remotely in the UK and attend the Windsor office 1day per week.

This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start ASAP

Day rate: Competitive Market rate

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead MuleSoft integration projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Architect and design enterprise-level integration solutions, defining API-led connectivity, patterns, and specifications.
  • Develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft applications, APIs, and connectors, utilizing components like Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and various connectors
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
  • Work with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and performant, and work with QA teams for testing and validation
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring of MuleSoft applications
  • Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides

Key Requirements

  • 6-8 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying MuleSoft solutions
  • Expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Flow Design, and API Manager
  • Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity and integration patterns (eg, REST, SOAP)
  • Experience with integration components and concepts like DataWeave, CloudHub, and Runtime Fabric
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical leadership
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skill and good team player
