Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor OTE £80,000 - £90,000 Office-Based Leads provided

We're recruiting for a driven and motivated Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor to join our client's growing team in the Basildon area. Whether you're a fully CeMAP-qualified trainee looking for your first opportunity or an experienced Mortgage Broker, this is an excellent chance to join a supportive business with leads provided by the sales team.

The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Provide tailored mortgage and financial services advice to clients
• Work closely with colleagues to maximise referral opportunities
• Convert pre-booked appointments into completed business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain regular customer contact
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) essential
• Trainee or experienced Mortgage Advisors considered
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to convert appointments into successful outcomes
• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
• Organised and able to manage a busy pipeline effectively

Working Pattern:

• Full-time

• Monday to Friday, plus Saturday rota with a day off in lieu
