Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen tojoin Anchor Group Services as a Mobilisation Manager on a fixed-term basis,supporting the successful mobilisation and stabilisation of new Security,Cleaning, and Facilities Management contracts across our London portfolio.

We're looking for an experiencedMobilisation Manager who is available for an immediate start and can takeownership of multiple contract mobilisations across London. This role is idealfor someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complextransitions, and can bring structure, governance and operational excellence tocontract start-ups.

As Mobilisation Manager, you will leadmobilisation activity from contract award through to operational delivery,ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, in line withcontractual requirements and client expectations. Working closely withoperational leaders, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you willplay a key role in ensuring new contracts are established for long-term successwhile maintaining exceptional levels of customer service, compliance andstakeholder engagement.

  • Lead the end-to-end mobilisation of new Security,Cleaning, and Total FM contracts from contract award through to stabilisedoperational handover.
  • Support the stabilisation of newly mobilisedcontracts where additional operational support is required.
  • Develop, maintain and manage detailed mobilisationplans, ensuring all milestones, workstreams, risks, and dependencies aredelivered on time and within budget.
  • Act as the central point of coordination betweenclients, operational teams, suppliers, recruitment functions, and seniorstakeholders throughout mobilisation projects.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding activities toensure sufficient resource is in place ahead of contract commencement.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, andchange impacts throughout mobilisation phases.
  • Ensure all mobilisation activity aligns withAnchor standards, contractual requirements, governance frameworks, and companypolicies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships,ensuring a high standard of communication and service delivery throughout theproject lifecycle.
  • Embed health & safety, compliance, andinformation security requirements into all mobilisation activities.
  • Monitor progress against agreed plans and provideregular reporting updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Support operational teams through transitionperiods to ensure a smooth and controlled handover into business-as-usualoperations.
Requirements
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence or SIANon-Front-Line Licence.
  • Proven experience delivering complexmobilisations, transitions, or large-scale change projects within Security,Cleaning, or Facilities Management.
  • Strong project management capability, with theability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and clientrelationship skills.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience, includingleading cross-functional teams and operational workstreams.
  • Strong communication, organisation, andproblem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding,site compliance, risk assessments, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook,Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using workforce management and businesssystems such as Timegate, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently within a hybridenvironment, with flexibility to travel throughout London as required.
Qualifications (preferred but not essential):
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Expenses covered for business-relatedtravel.
