Hybrid L&D Manager: Talent & Capability Builder

BCA Logistics is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to own the full L&D agenda across the organisation. You will design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions, lead engagement activities and partner with HR Business Partners to build capability.

The role is hybrid, based from Birmingham Business Park, with responsibilities spanning head office and operational teams, and a clear focus on succession planning, career pathways and ROI of learning initiatives.
