Location: Home and site based - travel to Bupa sites will be required Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours) - Flexible options available Salary: Competitive salary (depending on experience) + excellent benefits Closing Date: Thursday, 7th May 2026 Provide senior clinical leadership across Bupa Health Clinics' Mental Health services, working closely with the Clinical Head of Mental Health and Medical Director. Deliver high standards of clinical governance, quality improvement, education and service development. Deputise for the Clinical Head of Mental Health when required. Act as a trusted clinical voice, leading by example and fostering a positive culture aligned to Bupa values. Translate strategic objectives into operational delivery for frontline clinical teams. Provide clinical leadership and support to Mental Health clinicians, practitioners and the Lead Therapist team (dotted line management). Deliver clinical supervision, one to one leadership support, and pastoral guidance. Develop sustainable CPD, education and career development pathways. Support recruitment, workforce planning, engagement initiatives and Pulse survey action planning. Oversee management of serious complaints and monitor customer feedback and experience trends. Drive service improvements through data analysis, deep dives and targeted action plans. Embed a culture of Connected Care and high customer service standards. Proven clinical leadership and relationship management experience Strong background in clinical governance, including quality standards, audit, risk management, incidents and complaints handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and negotiate effectively Credible and persuasive clinical authority with strong decision making capability Highly developed analytical, planning, prioritisation and organisational skills Confident team leader who works collaboratively and performs well in fast paced environments Agile and adaptable, with resilience during periods of growth and strategic change Commercially and operationally aware, able to balance clinical excellence with business needs Solution focused, proactive and driven, with strong personal and professional integrity IT proficient, with the ability to use data and digital tools to improve quality and performance Sound understanding of national clinical and regulatory guidance, with the ability to research and apply evidence based practice to improve outcomes 25 days' holiday (increasing with service) + option to buy/sell 3 paid volunteering days Enhanced pension & life insurance Annual performance based bonus Bupa health insurance Discounted dental cover Digital GP access Emotional and family wellbeing support Financial wellbeing resources Support for carers
