The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Tech Recruiter Senior Associate to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.

As a consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment with one of our clients, a large US investment bank, in Dublin. In return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

Join our dynamic team and help attract top tech talent for a leading global technology organisation. You'll recruit across roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Cyber Security Analysts, driving growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a recruitment SME to design effective strategies based on a complex market understanding.
  • Guide candidates throughout the full end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Act as the point of contact for lateral recruiting with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and other HR Technology specialists in Dublin.
  • Provide competitor insights and market data to support hiring decisions.
  • Partner with sourcing experts to expand candidate pipelines.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from global recruiting leads and senior HR partners, collaborating with team leads on staffing initiatives and reporting.

What You Bring:

  • In-house experience recruiting high-tech roles in a fast-paced environment, managing full-cycle (360) recruitment
  • Proven project management and ability to manage complex and multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues.
  • Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting technology roles across EMEA, with strong knowledge of the Dublin tech market and a proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
