MHEV System Validation Engineer - Powerpack Engineering

Are you an experienced Engineer with a passion for hybrid systems and a focus on system validation?

Our client, a leader in automotive innovation, is seeking a dedicated MHEV System Validation Engineer - Powerpack Engineering to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support integration and validation of MHEV powerpack systems, ensuring performance and functionality targets are achieved through meticulous test planning, fault diagnosis, and cross-medium collaboration. Your expertise in ICE/MHEV systems, propulsion integration, and diagnostic tools such as INCA, CANalyzer, and MATLAB will be essential in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. You will work closely with product owners, propulsion controls teams, and component engineers, contributing to the development of DVPs, test cases, and validation procedures. An understanding of hybrid architectures and experience within vehicle and rig testing environments underpin success in this hands on, cross functional position.
