Mergers and Acquisition Associate Director

We are searching for an experienced Mergers and Acquisition Associate Director to join our Deal Services team and strengthen our M&A execution and origination capabilities. This role will lead engagement processes, manage deal teams, interface with clients and advisors, and oversee documentation and new business development.

Responsibilities:

• Leading engagement processes from start to finish.
• Leading deal teams and supporting with local team management.
• Liaising with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors during execution of transactions.
• Overseeing the production of deal documentation including IMs, teasers, buyer research packs, exit papers, heads of terms, etc.
• Researching, preparing and supporting presentations/sales pitches for new business.
• Building relationships with potential clients and intermediaries such as private equity houses, banks and corporates.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of M&A experience (PQE).
• Experience working on transactions including private equity.
• Track record of working on buy side and sell side, and finance raising.
• Strong numerical, financial and modelling skills with a well developed understanding of financial statements.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
