Medicine Training Programme Director - TRAS Lead

NHS is seeking a Training Programme Director in Horley to oversee the Medicine Regional Training Programme. The ideal candidate will be an experienced NHS Consultant with strong leadership, communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Medicine training. Responsibilities include managing recruitment for training posts and ensuring effective educational outcomes. Successful applicants will require a Fellowship of College, and experience in educational leadership. This position will have some office requirements and is offered on a secondment basis for current NHS employees.
