Role - Internal Marketing/Marketing Specialist

Location - Leeds/hybrid

Salary - Depends who you are and what you can do, but I'll be having conversations around £40K

Not your typical advert, I get it, but there's not a massive amount to tell you at this point. My client is in the AI start-up space and we are working towards the next phase of growth.

Incredibly financially stable and with an existing client base, the product has been built, tested and is launching this week.

I've already put in the Back End, Front End, Full Stack, Project Leaders and all the current tech team and now I need to start building out the infrastructure to support the technical elements.

Hence why I would like to speak to individuals with 3+ ish years in industry (not recent Grads or anyone still in full/part time education) who have experience operating (ideally) with the Tech space and have a demonstrable track record of dealing with all Content, Brand, Socials, Creative stuff and any thing else relevant.

The office is a mixed bag of techies, young and dynamic MD's/CEO's who have generated £MM in private funding and are looking to add someone to head up the Marketing side.

As it's a start-up, you'll need to be able to appreciate that this is a pretty fluid situation, you'll need to be motivated to take a blank canvas and guide the senior team with regards to how, why, when and what the short, medium and long terms goals are and how you'll achieve that. The bonus of that is, that all the roles I am recruiting for can and probably will eventually morph into the 'Head of' further down the line as the business continues to expand and their client base grows.

If you're up for a blank canvas, ready to flex your marketing muscles and can work in that kind of environment, you could be the person I'm looking for.

It's probably going to be a couple of days in the office, but again, that's still TBC. The current office is in the city centre, with the guys on the hunt for new premises in October.
