Junior SDR & Marketing Support

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior SDR & Marketing Support to join our growing team in Barcelona. This role's focus is to drive our inbound sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and converting leads. This Junior Sales Development Representative position also involves supporting the execution of our marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads via email, phone, and CRM tools
• Nurture and follow up on prospects to move them through the sales funnel
• Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead hand-off and support in client interactions
• Keep CRM and related sales tools up to date and ensure clean pipeline tracking
• Provide support to marketing activities: publish on the blog and social media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.), and support website updates and improvements in coordination with external providers or internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in sales development or related roles
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (C1 minimum)
• Knowledge of web publishing and social media scheduling tools is a plus
• Passion for technology and innovation is highly valued

Note: This full-time role is based in the Barcelona area, on a hybrid model. You need a working permit in Spain to be eligible for this position.
