This is a client-facing role designed to support the Marketing & Sales teams in delivering excellent pre- and post-sales marketing activity across specific EMEA territories, with the goal of driving maximum revenues for the company. It involves regular communication with key clients to ensure high levels of service and strong commercial acumen. The role also includes supporting the Commercial Development Manager in tracking content and licensing activity. Success in this position requires leveraging relationships both internally and externally to achieve marketing objectives across the business. A demonstrable passion for TV and film content, along with a keen interest in the streaming industry, is essential.
Please note that that territory cluster groupings are subject to change and a high degree of flexibility is expected.
This role is based in Hammersmith, London 4 days per week

What you will do:
- Pre-sale: Optimise revenues and brand amplification opportunities by delivering creative and innovative pre-sale initiatives to support the content sales business.
- Post-sale: maintain excellent relationships and provide day to day marketing support to key stakeholders at each relevant broadcaster/platform managing the approval of extensive client campaigns across select markets in EMEA.
- Regular communication and dialogue with the broader marketing, deal management and sales counterparts in local markets.
- Ensure that the best assets are available and accessible for series and movies to create excellent marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of brand guidelines and Disney assets sites.
- Marketing support on the planning, organising and executing of events for Content Sales across UK and the rest of EMEA.
- Content Lead for designated area, overseeing the tracking and management of marketing assets and deliverables across key markets.
- Maintain content mapping & trackers for key content areas, including 2nd window series branded features packs and the Oscars, distributing regular / timely updates to relevant stakeholders (e.g. DCP and Franchise).
- Monitor new US and EMEA title releases to ensure the Content Sales Guidance reflect the latest production updates, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Consolidate commercial information and sale status from across local teams, on an ongoing / ad-hoc basis.
- Become an expert user of internal systems (e.g. Salesforce, Airtable, Rightsline and our promotional website DMDCentral) to self-service deal and content information.
- Tracking costs and updating budget.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience within Marketing, specifically working with multi-platform broadcast/digital clients
- Degree educated with a relevant degree and passion for the TV/Film/Entertainment industry
- Experience of managing external creative/design/marketing agencies
- Evidence of excellent IT skills - particularly PowerPoint, Excel & Word
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Good understanding of commercial marketing and creative process
- A high level of accuracy, creativity and enthusiasm with an analytical mindset
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good flexible approach
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to provide and share information clearly and concisely
- Experience in Photoshop is desirable
- Highly efficient with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Occasional travel may be required.
