Job Description
Overview

Mid-level position: Marketing Effectiveness and Analytical Lead, GCAS. Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
  • 3 years of experience with marketing effectiveness and attribution techniques (e.g., omnichannel measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Experience analyzing datasets.
  • Ability to communicate in French fluently to interact with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with Media Mix Modeling, Attribution Modeling, A/B Testing.
Responsibilities
  • Advance measurement maturity with a portfolio of Google's global customers.
  • Advise on measurement best practices to improve Google media effectiveness, including attribution, marketing mix modeling, incrementality studies, lifetime value, quality measurement agendas, measurement experiments frameworks and playbooks.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, earn their trust, and challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with influential cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients.
  • Analyze internal and external data, identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
