Marketing Data Analyst - SQL , Tableau

I'm looking for a senior professional who will lay the foundation for data-driven marketing growth, in the Netherlands and abroad. As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you are the point of contact for everything that revolves around marketing and customer analytics. You will develop powerful dashboards, perform in-depth analysis and build scalable frameworks that help us grow into new markets Developing a scalable marketing analytics framework and associated processes; Leading and executing complex analyses and models focused on customer behavior, conversion and performance in multiple countries; Setting up measurement structures and KPIs with which teams can steer for impact; Actively sharing knowledge within the team and acting as a thought leader in the field of marketing analytics; Initiating experiments and analyses to use marketing channels more efficiently and explore new markets; The opportunity to lay the foundation for marketing analytics within one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies in the Netherlands; Flexibility: hybrid working (at least three days in the office), home working options and the possibility of workation; An internal Learning & Development department to support your growth; Sports facilities with a personal trainer at the office; At least 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in e-commerce or international retail; WO working and thinking level with a background in Econometrics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics or similar; Experience with Python and/or R for statistical analysis and modeling; Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management and translating complex data into convincing advice;
