What will your mission be?

Your role will focus on driving marketing and communication efforts in The Netherlands, aligning corporate strategies with local needs to strengthen brand awareness and support lead generation. Key responsibilities include:

Editorial Strategy & Content Creation

• Develop a comprehensive editorial calendar combining corporate communications, business content, and success stories.
• Create, publish, and manage content for our website, newsletters, social media, success stories, and other external communication channels.
• Act as a key player in promoting company culture and enhancing the employee experience.

Campaign Development & Management

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth and strengthening the company's presence in The Netherlands
• Support the delivery of global campaigns, ensuring they resonate with local audiences.
• Potentially work with external providers to scale initiatives and campaigns.

Leadership in Marketing Strategy

• Provide strategic input on market-specific needs, identifying trends and opportunities within AI, Data, and Analytics to enhance local brand positioning.
• Champion marketing efforts not just as an executor but as a leader, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.

Collaboration & External Partnerships

• Engage cross-functionally with HR, Sales, and Global Marketing Teams to ensure consistency and coherence in communications.
• Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers where needed to enhance creative output or scale activities.

Your Profile

Key Requirements:

• 5-6 years of marketing experience in consultancy or technology, ideally within high-growth environments.
• Strong strategic and operational marketing skills
• Experience in creating and managing an editorial calendar and producing various content formats.
• Leadership and self-starter mentality - ability to drive projects from concept to execution independently.
• Familiarity with AI, Data, and Analytics ecosystems.
• Collaborative mindset with experience in working cross-functionally across different teams.
• Dutch native or proficient, proficient in English

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in working with external marketing agencies or service providers.
• Expertise in social media strategy, editing and visual tools
