Context

We're seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our Central Marketing team in Paris. You will mentor and lead talented marketing experts, aligning strategies across our B2C & B2B lines, in collaboration with local marketing managers and cross-functional teams.

You will need to bring your instincts and leadership to drive impactful marketing initiatives across all markets, acting as the spokesperson for the Marketing team within Younited. Your role will involve close cooperation with Product, Risk & Data, Projects & Performance, Finance, and country marketing teams to ensure successful marketing projects that support our ambitious business goals.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience leading digital marketing teams in the financial industry, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration in an international context.

Your responsibilities

• Drive growth through an effective marketing strategy: Collaborate with business teams on Data Marketing, SEO, Paid Traffic, CRM/PRM & Brand activation to develop and execute marketing roadmaps that create value.
• Develop innovative solutions: Build close relationships with local marketing managers to ensure relevance and alignment of initiatives with budgets and goals.
• Stay updated on trends: Keep abreast of digital & offline marketing innovations to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
• Collaborate with leadership: Work with senior leadership to support product diversification and strategic initiatives.
• Foster team culture: Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and a positive team environment across marketing teams.
• Represent Marketing: Lead key projects and coordinate with the executive team to mobilize resources and ensure project success.
• Promote a positive culture: Encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Within the first 12 months, success will be measured by establishing a data-driven marketing culture, strong SEO & SEM performance, a comprehensive CRM/PRM strategy, and an ambitious brand activation plan.

Management

Manage a team of 5 in Data Marketing, Traffic, SEO, CRM/PRM & Brand Activation, with functional reporting from country teams.

Reporting

Hierarchical and functional reporting to CEO Europe.

About you

• 5-10 years of digital marketing experience in fintech or a fast-growing scale-up.
• Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and drive projects.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative and analytical, with a strategic and hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
