For our Geneva agency, we are looking for a: Marketing Manager & Responsibilities: Define, in collaboration with management, the overall marketing strategy of the company and oversee its implementation at the Group level. Strengthen the positioning and visibility of the various brands by implementing an effective marketing structure in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and processes. Design, organize, and coordinate internal events and workshops for territorial agency managers and business leaders, establishing and structuring effective marketing practices in an environment with multiple stakeholders by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and processes. Design and deploy marketing actions aimed at supporting the sale of the company's goods and services; measure and analyze performance and adjust strategies according to findings while maintaining close collaboration with the Digital service. Develop the marketing budget and ensure its management, coordinating with internal and external partners. Manage, motivate, develop, and support the marketing team daily. Profile: You hold a higher education diploma, complemented by experience in marketing and/or have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role in Switzerland, within a large company or agency, with knowledge of the real estate sector. You have a perfect command of the economic fabric, particularly at the regional level. You have experience in managing projects and are accustomed to working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with several activity and subsidiary managers within the same organization. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy daily exchanges with your team, and are a proactive individual capable of bringing innovative ideas. You communicate and write fluently in both French and English. You are a confirmed manager and have shown your ability to motivate and coach a team. The ideal candidate will be based in French-speaking Switzerland or have experience in the region, which is valuable for evolving within a company deeply rooted in its territory and close to its markets.
