The L'OCCITANE Group is a certified B Corporation.Context: We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Gifting - Global Marketing & 360 to join our Maison L'OCCITANE en Provence global brand team! Define and drive the Global Gifting strategy to enhance the Maison's desirability, strengthen the emotional connection with Guests, and fuel business growth across all segments. This role leads the development of permanent & seasonal gifting collections, notably the Christmas portfolio, and their 360 strategy.Responsibilities:- Define and implement the global gifting strategy aligned with brand vision, business objectives, and market opportunities.- Partner closely with Global Commerce and local marketing teams to ensure the global strategy is relevant, actionable, and locally impactful. Constantly refine plans & priorities with their bold 3-year ambitions for key moments, monitor results, and identify new growth opportunities to maintain strong connections with other teams to ensure complementarity, coherence, and reinforcement of the overall Maison Offer.Management:- Oversee the end-to-end development of permanent and seasonal gifting offers (products, accessories, wrapping) with a strong focus on Christmas as a significant commercial and brand moment.- Supervise the development of Launch Notes, ensuring accuracy, storytelling, and alignment with brand identity.- Collaborate with R&D and teams to ensure products & accessories reflect the Maison's identity & portfolio structure, pricing, and assortment to ensure consistency across markets, in line with Revenue Growth Management.Campaign Leadership:- Define and manage the messaging plan for each campaign (Christmas, Chinese New Year, Mother's Day ).- Supervise toolbox development ensuring consistency across all channels-retail, digital, social, PR, and media, and seamless execution locally, in collaboration with the Global team.- Manage the gifting campaigns budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Insights:- Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and gifting rituals.- Champion innovation in packaging, design, and storytelling to continuously enhance the Maison's gifting offer.Leadership:- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Managers, fostering collective intelligence, curiosity, and clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and nurture each team member's growth and ownership.- Guide and oversee individual career development to help each team member reach their full potential.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Purchasing, R&D, Supply, Finance, Commerce, and local Markets) to ensure flawless execution and timely market delivery.Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Product Management within luxury beauty.
