Maintenance Officer

Overview

We currently have a vacancy for a short term Maintenance Officer role for a Housing Association based in Glasgow.

The role will be for around 4-5 weeks and would be starting next week.

Responsibilities

• pre and post inspections
• managing contractors
• signing off invoices
• voids

Qualifications

Candidates will only be considered if they have experience in the above duties and within a social housing setting.
