About The Role

To assist and support the Technical Manager to deliver a comprehensive service to our client. The provision of compliance with contractual requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that a high standard of service delivery is provided within their establishment.
• To carry out the Building Fabric PPM Delivery, including the associated remedial works, in a timely manner to meet the SLAs of the contract. These tasks will include but are not limited to:
  • Fire Door Maintenance
  • Final Fire Exits
• Ensure all site documentation is maintained correctly.
• To assist with the M&E PPM Delivery, including the associated remedial works, in a timely manner to meet the SLAs of the contract.
• To carry out reactive repairs to the site as required in a timely manner to meet the SLAs of the contract. These repairs will include but are not limited to:
  • Joinery Work
  • Plasterboard repairs
  • Minor Decoration Works, e.g. washing down and painting of small rooms, corridors and walls.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure that service delivery is provided in the proper manner and that all work is well coordinated.
• Responsible for the IMS T2 procedures within the site in compliance with Company Policy.
• These duties and responsibilities may be changed in accordance with the needs of the company; the post holder may be required to provide support to holders of other posts according to changes in workload and patterns of working.

Essential Hiring Criteria

• Previous experience within the maintenance or construction industry is essential.
• Fire Door Inspection Qualification.
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Strong customer facing skills.
• Proactive and flexible team player.
• Ability to react under pressure.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to prioritise.
