About The RoleTo assist and support the Technical Manager to deliver a comprehensive service to our client. The provision of compliance with contractual requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and customer care.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that a high standard of service delivery is provided within their establishment.
- To carry out the Building Fabric PPM Delivery, including the associated remedial works, in a timely manner to meet the SLAs of the contract. These tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Fire Door Maintenance
- Final Fire Exits
- Ensure all site documentation is maintained correctly.
- To assist with the M&E PPM Delivery, including the associated remedial works, in a timely manner to meet the SLAs of the contract.
- To carry out reactive repairs to the site as required in a timely manner to meet the SLAs of the contract. These repairs will include but are not limited to:
- Joinery Work
- Plasterboard repairs
- Minor Decoration Works, e.g. washing down and painting of small rooms, corridors and walls.
- Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure that service delivery is provided in the proper manner and that all work is well coordinated.
- Responsible for the IMS T2 procedures within the site in compliance with Company Policy.
- These duties and responsibilities may be changed in accordance with the needs of the company; the post holder may be required to provide support to holders of other posts according to changes in workload and patterns of working.
- Previous experience within the maintenance or construction industry is essential.
- Fire Door Inspection Qualification.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Strong customer facing skills.
- Proactive and flexible team player.
- Ability to react under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to prioritise.
