Site Maintenance Technician

Location: SevernsideContract: Permanent Monday-Friday

We're recruiting a Site Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance, safety and reliability of our Severnside site. This is a practical, hands-on role focused on reactive repairs, planned maintenance and general building upkeep within a fast-paced site environment.

Internally, this role is known as Building Services Technician.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) across the site
• General building maintenance includingbasic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and decorating
• Monitor and maintain site equipment such as boilers, air compressors and cooling systems
• Support site compliance including contractor control, permits to work and Legionella
• Maintain building fabric, external areas, drainage and water hygiene standards
• Prepare areas for refurbishment, deep cleans and office/area moves

Skills & experience:

• Ideal:NVQ in Plumbing or similar trade qualification
• Proven building or site maintenance experience
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Clear and effective communicator
