Maintenance Engineer

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer required in Hereford, Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, Hours: Weekly rotating shift pattern 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, full-time permanent contract, immediate start available for the right candidate. Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical experience? We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturing business in Hereford. This is a hands-on role within a busy industrial environment, supporting site operations through reactive and planned maintenance on extrusion and moulding machinery.The Role• Maintain and repair extrusion and moulding equipment to ensure minimal downtime• Provide reactive breakdown support across the site• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)• Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical systems• Support operational teams to maintain output and efficiency• Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Candidate Requirements• Multi-skilled engineer with both electrical and mechanical experience• Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment• Experience working on extrusion and/or moulding machinery (highly desirable)• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills• Able to work effectively within a fast-paced production setting• Comfortable working in an engineering environment that can be dirty• Relevant engineering qualifications preferred• Ability to hit the ground running (training will still be provided)What's on Offer• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum• Full-time, permanent position• Weekly rotating 2-shift pattern• Job security within a rapidly expanding business• Immediate start available Interested?
