Maintenance Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid working with some office/site visits
Are you organised, proactive, and ready to play a vital role in maintaining residential blocks? We're hiring a Maintenance Coordinator to support a busy property management team in delivering excellent maintenance services across a residential portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works
Liaising with contractors and residents to resolve issues efficiently
Managing work orders, purchase orders, and compliance documentation
Conducting site inspections and following up on outstanding tasks
What we're looking for:
Experience in maintenance coordination, property admin, or facilities support
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident IT user, ideally with some property management system knowledge
Knowledge of building systems (fire safety, lifts, gates) a plus
